Please note CDSM provides the Y Ty Dysgu platform to HEIW as part of a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. This means they are responsible for developing and maintaing the software. Change requests will be reviewed by the Y Ty Dysgu project team and discussed with CDSM. Where additional development time and/or cost is involved, this will be considered and prioritised by the Y Ty Dysgu Programme Board or the HEIW Digital Service Management Board.
