Log an expression of interest

Expressions of interest close on 15th October for the November 2024 event.

If you are committed to submitting a portfolio for assessment within the next 12 to 18 months then log your expression of interest in the link below completing all fields: Consultant Pharmacist E-form In the case of oversubscription, the following prioritisation principles will be applied.

1. Those with a consultant pharmacist role who do not hold the credential.
2. Those aspiring to submit a portfolio in the next 12-18 months.
3. Those who participated in the first Community of Practice and have still to submit.

Any remaining capacity will be available for those working to submit portfolios in the next 18months to 3 years.
